MANY VISIONS APPAREL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGE STOLEN, LOST, OR MIS-DELIVERED DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR.
ITEMS DAMAGED ENROUTE ARE EXCHANGEABLE.
Due to the current COVID-19 procedures and protocols, packages may arrive late from USPS. Many Visions Apparel assures you: we process any standard shipping order made online within 24 hours.
Many Visions processes daily, any online UPS Ground, 2-Day, or Next Day Saver order, if made before 3PM MST, Mon-Fri. Keep in mind no shipping occurs on weekends or Holidays.
Pre-sale orders are subject to a 4-6 week delay depending on the product type. If you have any questions about pre-sales or manufacturing delays, please contact bobby@manyvisionsapparel.com for more info.
When tracking your package on USPS.com, keep in mind transit times with USPS are not exact and may fluctuate when tracking online.
Domestic U.S. Shipments
We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses. We offer Expedited shipping services such as UPS Next Day Saver, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day air, & UPS Ground.
All P.O Box deliveries please use the standard shipping option as no Expedited services are available at this time to PO Boxes.
Domestic U.S. orders are shipped by UPS and/or USPS. Your shipping charge and carrier service may vary depending on the weight or size of your package.
A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Customers have 12 Hours to contact customer service bobby@manyvisionsapparel.com if any part of their order or shipping information needs to be changed. After this window of time, the customer is responsible for any errors.
We do not ship on weekends. Orders are only shipped Monday - Friday and any order placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday morning.
International Shipping
International Shipping is through UPS, DHL and your local post office and their affiliates and will typically take anywhere from 7 - 30 days and in some cases longer depending on Country being shipped to.
Many Visions Apparel will not cover taxes, duties, or other country-specific charges. These charges can vary as well depending on product costs and size/weight of the package.

Once the package is in control of the recipients country, tracking becomes variable depending on the countries post office.
In-store Pick Up
In-store pick up is available to anyone that plans on visiting the Mandan, ND location in the near future.

Items are available for pickup within 3 - 5 days of placing an order. If you are unsure on the status of an order please email bobby@manyvisionsapparel.com.
Please contact before picking up an in-store order to ensure that it is ready for you upon your arrival.
We only hold in-store pickups for 45 days. After that time expires, you will be refunded, notified of a refund, and will need to place a new order at that time.
